Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be providing municipal services at the Ocean View Multi-Purpose Centre on Wednesday, 22 October and at the Wallacedene Community Hall on Thursday, 23 October 2025. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that will be on offer on the day.

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
‘We are bringing the City’s services closer to Ocean View and Wallacedene resident for their convenience. This is a special opportunity to discuss any municipal items that residents have wanted to address. Should you wish to make use of the services on offer do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
